Shandice Banks

Shandice been in real estate for 10 years, previously running George Laffton’s team in the Gilbert, AZ market. She grew that team from 30 agents to over 200 agents across multiple states by providing a value-based offering, tailoring team services to the needs of her agents. At the time of sale, this team was closing in excess of 3,500 transactions annually.

Prior to entering the real estate industry, Shandice served in the United States Army where she ran Special Ops with large teams overseas in Iraq and Kuwait. Her specialties included engaging with locals, infiltrating community spaces, and assimilating while becoming part of the local area. As a second generation military vet, who also saw active combat, she truly represents our KW Military community members.

While serving she also earned her Masters Degree in Professional Psychology Support and Therapy. During this program she developed the university’s New Hire Development Program creating a 60 day training and onboarding program for all new hires to the university, as well as developed 13 mentors to assist in the development of new hires. This program ended up decreasing overall turnover rate from 85.7% down to 20% within 1 year of employment.
