Sean Hostert leads the strategy and operations supporting the growth of commercial activity within the KW® system including KW Commercial® and its affiliated network of agents across the globe. Previously, he served as Head of Investments for Trio Investment Group, a private equity real estate fund manager acquired by J.P. Morgan Asset Management that focused on middle market sale/leaseback investments. Mr. Hostert sat on the investment committee and led the firm’s efforts around sourcing, underwriting, acquisitions, and dispositions. During his 15+ year commercial real estate and finance career, he also served in acquisitions roles at publicly listed REITs Broadstone Net Lease (NYSE: BNL) and VEREIT (now Realty Income; NYSE: O) and his professional journey began at accounting and advisory firm PwC. Mr. Hostert is a CFA® charterholder. Born and raised in the Chicago suburbs and a University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign alumnus, Sean relocated to Scottsdale, AZ in 2011 where he currently resides with his wife and two children.
