Coach Scott Toombs’s journey in the real estate industry began back in January 2005. Within just nine months of immersing himself in the field, he attended his inaugural Mega Camp. It was there, listening to Gary, that he fully embraced the KW Models, system, and culture. With only a year under his belt in real estate, Scott took the bold step of launching his very first KW Market Center. Demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit, three years later, he expanded his horizons by inaugurating his second Market Center, all while fulfilling the role of Operating Principal for both.
In 2010, Scott embraced a new challenge, transitioning into the role of Regional Director. This pivotal move afforded him the opportunity to glean wisdom from some of the industry’s most influential leaders. However, it was in 2014 that Scott stumbled upon his true calling when he joined BOLD as a KW MAPS Coach. The experience ignited a fire within him, and by 2016, he ascended to the esteemed position of Head Coach. In 2020, Scott’s dedication and expertise were recognized when he assumed the role of Director of BOLD, a responsibility he has since expanded into his current position as Director of BOLD Growth, alongside continuing his role as a coach in the BOLD program.
