Robert has 25 years of industry experience. Previous to real estate he was an Executive in Accounting and Finance at Footlocker, is a 15yr Senior Real Estate Instructor at one of the largest real estate schools in the country, has trained over 250,000 agents, been a National Radio Host, Author, Owner of the SWR Group@KW, one of the largest teams in the country, with 150 agents across all of Texas. He is deemed an expert in all residential real estate with a special focus on dual career (part time) real estate. He has also operated expansion teams in Florida, Georgia, Oklahoma, Maryland, and was the first expansion team selected for KWEN.

Robert has an impeccable ethics record never been sued in his entire career. He is not a gray area type of guy..it is either right or wrong. In his personal time he is a professional bbq competitor with multiple state and grand championships and has been given the name Smoker Broker by his peers. He has been on stage with Gary several times and is well respected in the industry due to his diverse background in financial, operational, legal, sales, with special focus on recruiting-operating large real estate teams and is an accomplished public speaker.
