Randy James is the Regional Sales Director for the Land.com Network, bringing over 25 years of experience in real estate, financial services, and technology. He leads the Texas sales team in partnering with brokers statewide to strategically market listings and reach the right audiences through forward-thinking initiatives and tailored advertising solutions. Prior to joining Land.com, Randy owned a real estate brokerage in Lubbock and held leadership roles with Bank of America, TASC, and Credit Acceptance, where he built and led top-performing sales teams. A graduate of Texas Tech University, Randy and his family continue to reside in Lubbock, Texas.
