After building and branding “The Bizzy Blondes Team” in Los Angeles, California, one of the most successful real estate teams in the nation throughout the 1980s and 1990s, Rae Wayne (and partner Judy Sheller) joined Keller Williams Realty in 2001. Upon joining Keller Williams Realty, RAE & JUDY WERE THE BIGGEST and HIGHEST PRODUCING AGENTS, GROUPS or TEAMS in the HISTORY OF KELLER WILLIAMS INTERNATIONAL at that time.
Rae Wayne was instrumental in Keller Williams’ growth throughout Southern California. With yearly sales volume exceeding $80 million, “The Bizzy Blondes Team’s” iconic stature garnered top honors and awards with Keller Williams Realty, as well as landing them in the Top 100 Realtors in America in REALTOR Magazine. From 2001 through 2008, Rae and her partner were personally coached and consulted by Gary Keller himself. She was a member of Gary's Mastermind group for The Millionaire Real Estate Agent, The Millionaire Real Estate Investor, and Rae is quoted in Gary Keller’s best-selling book, “SHIFT.”
In 2008, Rae was voted the first Culture Icon in her region. She’s been consistently featured at Family Reunion, Mega Camp, and the quarterly Agent Mastermind sessions. She became a Master Faculty Trainer in 2009 (the highest Training Certification in Keller Williams), and Rae traveled as an esteemed Bold Coach from 2009 through 2011. She also worked for more than a decade as a Maps Agent Coach, specializing in Mega Agents and their teams.
Licensed since 1986, Rae is a master at scripts and dialogues, and her favorite subject is the art of leverage: building a team AND a brand. She’s an inspiration when speaking of her own leadership success regarding team structure, standards, compensation, and profitability.
After building her Mega Team to 7th Level AND selling the Team in 2015, Rae developed several courses on Team-Building, the art of Leverage and Delegation, the strategy of Building a “Brand”, and the “Path To The 7th Level”… which incorporate the systems, models, and foundation of our company.
Her passion is teaching and training with a fun, interactive instruction style, and she prides herself on bringing solid, money-making substance to every class. Rae loves to travel and speak to venues large and small, teaching agents how to build a true business rather than just owning a job. She says the "big picture thinking" and "sponsorship opportunities" were two of the reasons she and her partner joined KW, and she loves to assist in recruiting other mega agents who, in her opinion, "need to understand this opportunity!"
