Patrick (Pat) Dodd is the President and CEO of Cotality, formerlyCoreLogic, a role he’s held since 2022. He joined Cotality in 2020as the Chief Operating & Growth Officer, spearheading several keyinitiatives, such as Cotality’s global cloud migration, data, andanalytics re-platforming, and the launch of innovations, including theAraya™ Platform, Climate Risk Analytics, and the Image Analyticssuite. Under his leadership, Cotality has executed major acquisitions and expanded strategic partnerships globally, and successfully rebranded from CoreLogic to Cotality—reinforcing the company’s mission to unify property professionals, strengthen industry relationships, and drive innovation worldwide.
Dodd is leading Cotality’s cultural and technological transformation,marked by rising employee engagement and Great Place to Workdesignations across six countries – the U.S., Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and India.
Before Cotality, Dodd served as Global President and Chief Commercial Officer at Nielson’s $3B Global Connect division, demonstrating global leadership experience across roles in Asia, Europe, and North America.
He currently serves on the boards of Bitmovin, the Mortgage Bankers Association, the Housing Policy Council Executive Committee, and the Harvard Joint Center for Housing Studies Policy Advisory Board. Dodd holds a bachelor’s with honors in Economics from the University of Western Ontario.
