Based on the success of (7L) and the subsequent bestseller, Miracle Morning for Real Estate Agents, he sold his real estate practice and founded REFERCO, which has transformed thousands of businesses by turning relationships into referrals.

Michael lives with purpose, passion, and presence. With Michael, if you give him an ounce of interest, he will give you a ton of love. He resides in Atlanta, Georgia, with wife, Sheri, and son, Max. When he isn’t watching Max play baseball, Michael is the QB Coach for a Georgia High School and trains quarterbacks for Elite 11, a program for the top high school quarterbacks in North America.
