Melissa Johnson Serves as the CEO, Managing Member for MJ Commercial Advisors LLC and is the Northwest Regional Ambassador for KW Commercial, Bellevue WA. Ms. Johnson has extensive expertise in commercial real estate, where she specializes in Seller and Buyer representation plus, Tenant and Landlord representation. With clients across diverse asset classes such as, industrial, office, retail, land, multi-family, hospitality and mixed use for large residential master plan development. Melissa also provides brokerage services for investors.

One of Melissa’s most memorable experiences was her 14 years’ working at one of the leading Fortune 500 Firms, the Microsoft Corporation, where she led the Corporate Worldwide Real Estate for the CEO and several Presidents sitting on their Executive Staff. From there she became part of the Founders Circle at the Microsoft Alumni Foundation, where she helped build the brand and a voice through the media. Additionally Melissa consulted back at Microsoft in a Chief of Staff role to help launch some of the brick-and-mortar Microsoft Stores all around the country.

Finally, Melissa served as the Director and Chief of Staff reporting to the Chief Technology Officer at Century Link, helping to build their Cloud technology division.

Ms. Johnson also serves as the Planning Commissioner "Chair" for the City Of Arlington, Washington.
