Before her work in real estate, Kristen was a founding leader at Club Pilates, where she helped build one of the fastest-growing franchises in the country. She developed global education programs, trained franchise owners, and contributed to brand expansion strategies responsible for more than $24 million in revenue. Her experience building systems, scaling operations, and leading teams translates directly into her coaching today—equipping business owners to grow with structure, clarity, and vision.
