Keith James is the embodiment of ambition, leadership, and service. A natural go-getter, he has built a reputation for helping others create wealth through real estate while inspiring those around him to think bigger.

Originally from northern Mississippi, Keith spent much of his childhood traveling across the country competing in AAU basketball tournaments. Those experiences broadened his perspective early on, teaching him that opportunity extends far beyond where you start.

Keith earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Tuskegee University. During his time there, he became a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., where he was surrounded by accomplished leaders and entrepreneurs whose mentorship helped shape his approach to business, leadership, and investing.

Keith understands that buying a home is one of the most exciting and significant milestones in a person's life. Like many buyers, he spent countless hours researching before purchasing his first home at just 23 years old. What began as a first home quickly became his first investment property, igniting a passion for real estate investing that continues to drive him today.

Today, Keith is passionate about helping clients build wealth, create opportunities, and achieve financial freedom through real estate. Whether working with first-time homebuyers, seasoned investors, or families looking for their next chapter, his mission remains the same: to be the bridge that helps people get where they want to go.

Keith is also a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Coalition Properties Group (CPG), one of the fastest-growing real estate teams in the greater Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Alongside Harrison Beacher and Ryan Butler, he founded CPG with the vision of becoming the bridge to the community for all things real estate, lifestyle, and wealth-building.
