Justin Boyd began his real estate career in 2013 with a simple goal: Serve Others Genuinely, Work Hard Purposefully, and Provide Value to All We Encounter. Since then, he has helped guide over 1,100 home sales and built one of the most relationship-driven teams in the Greenville and Upstate, SC market.
Justin leads a high-performing team that consistently closes around 100 homes per year, producing approximately $30M in annual volume and $900K in GCI. The Boyd Team is regularly ranked in the top 1% of real estate teams, and Justin is typically recognized among the top 100 agents individually. While his team maintains a balanced 50/50 business between listings and buyers, Justin personally focuses on serving sellers, with roughly 75% of his business coming from listings.
Justin’s business is powered by a proven 36-touch system designed to stay connected with past clients and friends in meaningful ways. Since 2020, his team has generated 90%+ of their business from sphere, repeat clients, and referrals, largely driven by 4–5 client appreciation events each year. Their largest event, the Fall Pumpkin Patch, welcomed over 700 attendees last year and continues to be a cornerstone of their community first approach.
In 2018, Justin became a part owner of Keller Williams Drive at its inception, and he remains committed to building a culture rooted in leadership, consistency, and genuine service. Justin is known as the market expert for the Greenville and Upstate area and teaches a monthly class for agents to stay on top of trends, shifts, and what’s happening right now in the local market.
Justin is also a husband, father of four, real estate investor, worship team member, and deacon at his church.
