Julie Huck is the President of People & Culture for The Ed Huck Team at Keller Williams Citywide. Alongside her husband, Ed, she has spent the last nearly 20 years building one of the top Keller Williams teams in Ohio, serving more than 300 families each year and earning recognition among the Top 200 Keller Williams teams.

Passionate about people and personal growth, Julie leads the team's agent attraction, leadership development, and culture. She believes businesses don't grow first; people do. When you intentionally invest in people, growth naturally follows.

Julie is known for her authentic leadership, practical approach, and heart for contribution. She loves sharing ideas that leaders can put into action immediately to strengthen their culture, grow their business, and help people become more than they ever thought possible.

Julie's favorite role is being mom to Ethan (14) and Connor (12). Together, she and Ed are passionate about building not only a business they love, but a life they're proud of.
