Jim Reifeiss

KW MAPS Executive Coach

Jim’s career began as a full-time real estate agent in 1987. He has seen the industry evolve over time from MLS books to today’s technology. His production in representing buyers and sellers was mostly based in the Inland North County area of San Diego while achieving office and company awards for production and customer service. His career started at a small independent brokerage and then one of San Diego’s first Re/Max offices in Rancho Bernardo. He then moved to The Prudential California Realty, one of the largest residential brokerages in the United States. While there, Jim transitioned into management and focused on growing his offices, training and coaching his agents to increased production. Jim was also part of the transition team when Prudential California Realty became the first Berkshire Hathaway Home Services company ever. During that transition Jim was the Director of Education and Training and was an integral part of rolling out BHHS’s new mobile technology platform.

Jim’s career continued to grow when he decided to get into business with Keller Williams after almost 20 years with his previous company. His previous role was… the Assistant Team Leader and General Manager for Keller Williams in Carmel Valley/Del Mar. He ran the day to day operations of the Market Center while coaching agents, training, handling broker duties and managing Carmel Valley Coast Escrow. Since joining Keller Williams in October of 2013 Jim was an integral part of growing the agent count from 228 agents to 525. Carmel Valley Coast Escrow has grown in revenue from $386,000 to just over $1,000,000 during that same period.

Jim’s current role is as a MAPS Executive Coach, where he coaches the top 1% of agents at Keller Williams and many agents in Gary Keller’s Top Agent Mastermind. His passion for the real estate business drives him to this day. Jim currently lives in Scottsdale, AZ and has 2 grown children, Megan and Brett.
