Jessica Thomas is the Director of Operations for The Pace of Richmond. She is a graduate of Longwood University and has over 15 years of experience in Operations Management and Client Services. Prior to real estate, she was a leader in the healthcare industry leading a team of over 100 staff members and growing a start-up business into a million-dollar company.
Since joining The Pace of Richmond, a Keller Williams MREA team in November 2021, her leadership skills have excelled in the areas of team culture, systems, and client and community relationships. Applying her business and people skills from prior experience, she has quickly grown to be an influential leader in the operations community and Keller Williams worldwide.
She leads a team of 3 Full Time and 2 Part Time ops team members, who support a growing team of sales agents. She works closely day in and day out with her Rainmaker, John Pace, and Director of Sales, Seth Schemahorn. Together, their vision is to be the connection for their community for all things real estate, lifestyle, and wealth building. Her MREA team is on track for 156 units at $78 million in sales in 2023, a 39% growth from 2022.
Jessica has just joined the wealth-building community as she recently became a GP share owner in a multi-family syndication with 134 units in Jacksonville, NC. She is eager to continue to reinvest her profits as she establishes generational wealth for her family.
Jessica and her husband are proudly raising their nieces, Jessica and Jaela in Chesterfield, Virginia. She’s actively involved in their school organizations, the General Federation of Women’s Clubs, and an advocate for the Alzheimer’s Association. Her personal mission is to create a legacy worth leaving while impacting the lives of others along the way.
