In 2010, as one of the first agents to join Keller Williams in Northern Kentucky, she embraced the models, coaching, and culture that transformed not only her business, but her vision. This personal and professional development journey led to her receiving the Cultural Ambassador award from Keller Williams for the Ohio Valley Region in 2019. With the guidance of strategic coaching and a commitment to continuous improvement, she built a fully leveraged team structure designed for scalability, sustainability, and service.
