Jenn had 10+ incredible years with Keller Williams as an agent and leader after working for 13 years as a Software Development Project Manager (PMP) for IBM and graduating from Baylor University where she first met Gary Keller.
She’s been a solo agent, buyers agent, and listing agent plus a leader on a $100M+ team in Austin where she had the opportunity to help close over 450 homes. She’s had the honor of leading a 1000+ agent Market Center for KW Austin SW as a Team Leader and is currently the Director of Team Leader Engagement & Community at KWRI.
She wakes up every day and serves the leaders of our ecosystem through education, resource development, and community.
Jenn and her husband, JP Lewis (VP of KW Worldwide), have 2 kids (17 and 12), multiple investment properties, and are on a wealth-building journey to change the trajectory of their family forever. She believes that as leaders, we strive for more, more for all of those around us, because money is good for the good it can do and we could use more good in this world.
