James Shaw is the Founder of Pivot: SHIFT Ahead and is a member of the KWU International Master Faculty. In his 20+ years with Keller Williams, James has been an agent, Team Leader, Regional Leader, OP, BOLD Coach and MAPS Coach. He was the Team Leader of the Northwest Tampa Market Center — the most profitable Market Center in the South Florida Region from 2012-2016.
He joined Keller Williams in 2005 as a member of the Jana Caudill Team in Crown Point, Indiana. That team was #1 in closed units in all of Keller Williams in 2006.
