Glen Kunofsky is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SURMOUNT, a leading full-service commercial real estate advisory and investment platform specializing in net lease assets. Over the past 25+ years, Glen and his team have closed more than $53 billion in transactions across over 18,000 properties nationwide.

Glen has a long track record of working with some of the nation's largest institutional real estate investors and operators, publicly traded REITs, private equity and financial sponsors, multi-unit franchisees, as well as high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and developers. His vast knowledge and experience structuring sale-leaseback programs and brokering, acquiring, managing, and advising on some of the most complex transactions across retail, office, and industrial properties, has made him a leader in the commercial real estate industry. Glen was also an active voice in the effort to restore 100% bonus depreciation, which was signed into law in July 2025.

Today SURMOUNT has roughly 160 professionals across offices in New York City, Boston, Scottsdale, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Miami.

Glen currently resides in New York City with his family. Outside of the office, Glen is involved in several organizations including YPO, the Adaptive Sports Foundation, Arizona State University, and the Victor Green Foundation. He is in avid skier and fisherman.
