Dusty Oglesby has been with Keller Williams for his entire 12 year career. He started on a team, transitioned to starting his own team, became a mega agent and has personally sold over $100 Million in Real Estate during his career. Dusty has a background in ministry and 20+ years of experience as a Coach, Trainer and Motivational/Transformational Speaker. That experience and his heart for people, led him to become a BOLD Coach with MAPS in 2017. He has coached over 40,000 agents through BOLD at Keller Williams and in January of 2022 had the honor of becoming the Director of BOLD.
