Chris Czarnecki is a seasoned real estate and investment executive with a track record of scaling businesses, leading strategic growth, and driving successful capital deployment. Before joining Keller Williams, he was CEO of Broadstone Net Lease (NYSE: BNL) from 2017 to 2023, where he led the company’s $629 million IPO, expanded its portfolio to $5 billion+ in assets, and secured investment-grade credit ratings.

With deep expertise in capital markets, governance, and real estate asset management, he has also served as CEO and board member of Broadstone Real Estate Access Fund and Broadtree Residential. He previously held leadership roles in commercial real estate lending and credit analysis at BB&T.

Chris holds degrees from the University of Rochester, the University of Cambridge, and the Simon Business School, and has a passion for mentoring, company culture, and strategic leadership. His board interests include real estate, REITs, asset management, and private equity-backed companies.
