Ben Butler serves as Vice President, National Commercial Account Executive and Senior Counsel for Fidelity National Title’s National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. Prior to joining Fidelity, Ben was a partner with a Chicago law firm where he spent more than a decade specializing in commercial and real estate related litigation and transactional matters.

Ben earned his Juris Doctor with Honors from the University of Wisconsin Law School, and his MBA from the University of Wisconsin School of Business. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Missouri Southern State University where he was also a captain of the MSSU soccer team. Ben is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Wisconsin and is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the State Bar of Wisconsin.

Ben is an active member of Valley Partnership in Arizona and currently serves on the Valley Partnership Board of Directors. He is also an active member of the Urban Land Institute. When Ben is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, golfing and volunteering in his community. He currently resides in Gilbert with his wife Kathy and their two children.
