Amanda Pohlman

Amanda’s a lively British Expat who’s called Northeast Ohio home for over 25 years, building a real estate career that began in 2005 and includes the past 13 years with Keller Williams and a Place partnership since 2020. She’s the Rainmaker of the Pohlman Team, a top 1% team consistently earning performance awards for over 10 years, including recent Ohio REALTORS President’s Sales Top 5 Team honors. Amanda is President-Elect of ACAR at the local board level and is deeply passionate about giving back to this industry that has changed her life and wants to do the same for others. She’s taken that passion & founded Mind the Gap Real Estate in 2024 with free masterminds & master classes/ agent panels rooted in the belief that agents shine best through community and collaboration.
