In 2021, after realizing she was working harder than ever without creating the freedom she wanted, Alison made the decision to start over and rebuild her business using the Millionaire Real Estate Agent models, systems, and leverage.

Just 40 months later, she built a Millionaire Real Estate Agent business that gave her more than just growth. It gave her freedom. In 2025, she took 84 days off while her team continued to thrive.

Today, Alison is the founder of the Harris Home Team in Savannah, Georgia, and one of kwTALENT's Implementation Specialists. A former high school teacher and UCLA graduate, she is passionate about helping agents build businesses that create leverage, opportunity, and a life by design.
