Since 2005, Vanessa and her team have brought great success to their clients, having served almost 1,000 families and amounting to over $500,000,000 in sales. Currently, a KWU approved trainer, cultural ambassador to KW, co-host with Mo Anderson of the Cultural Summit, and the leader of the #1 real estate team for Maplewood/South Orange. This simply means that Vanessa’s formula for marketing, service, and generosity is winning! Years ago, Vanessa appeared in two seasons of the real estate show “Bought & Sold” on HGTV, where she became a recognizable face for honest and ethical real estate practices, always putting others first.
Her sales goals are important because they help her reach as many people as possible with service that is fair, honest, ethical and at a concierge level, but just as important is her “giving goal.” Vanessa has a mission/vision to give back to her community in ways that have a lasting impact.
At present, Pollock Properties Group has raised and donated over $250,000 to local and global charities through her Closingforacause.org initiative, as well as establishing her family’s very own www.VanessaPollockMusicInitiative.com. On a national level, Vanessa is the creator of the #CareServeGive business model, and teaches, trains and speaks to audiences of all sizes about how to grow a profitable business by being servant hearted, community focused, and generosity based.
On a personal level, Vanessa, her Broadway-actor husband, and their three children reside in South Orange, New Jersey, after having lived in New York City andDowntown Jersey City.
