Travis Peace

Head of Business Development and Partnerships, kwx

Travis Peace brings more than a decade of experience leading mortgage and real estate technology companies. He spent 10 years at USAA where he served as president of USAA’s real estate brokerage company. While at USAA, he led various mortgage departments to include business development, product management, marketing, and strategic partnerships. He most recently served as senior vice president for the fintech startup Tomo. In his new role at KWx, he’ll be responsible for building new business relationships across the Keller Williams family of companies, finding and developing new revenue streams for market centers and agents.

Travis played football for the U.S. Naval Academy where he learned that success was not only defined by the final score, but through toughness and the care shown to your teammates. While his leadership skills started on the football field, they were forged during active-duty deployments overseas. He served five years in the U.S. Navy as a nuclear engineering officer on aircraft carriers, where he led fellow sailors through challenging missions. There he learned the importance of “trusting your teammates, being authentic, and providing clarity of the mission to ensure the team serves with one purpose.” He brings this spirit of teamwork and authenticity to his role at KWx, where his ultimate goal is to provide value across all of its businesses, while ensuring that all team members accomplish their mission as part of ONE Team.

Travis considers Keller Williams “an iconic brand with visionary leaders who are positively impacting the real estate industry in a meaningful way.” He knows that the best organizations are led by a set of ideals that define a strong and purposeful culture and he feels that the belief system is what “makes KW the best-of-the-best at what they do.”

Travis was born and raised in the Texas Hill Country outside of San Antonio, where he now lives with his wife of 15 years, Jen. Their three sons are all under the age of 12 and keep the house loud and energetic. Travis gets them out of the house whenever he can to do anything active outside.
