Monica began her real estate career with Holt Homes Group 7 years ago as a Listing Manager before later becoming the Director of Operations. She currently serves as the COO for Holt Homes Group focusing on moving the business forward through high accountability to a team of 6 production agents, a team of ISA’s and an operations team of 4. Holt Homes Group has provided experience in residential sales, building and launching expansion locations, team mergers and acquisitions and what it means to win and fail forward. She has spent time mastering each role on the team to provide the highest level of support possible throughout lead generation, sales and administrative support. Over the last several years Holt Homes Group has consistently helped 500+ families.
In 2022 Monica launched Onward Agent Services with fellow MAPS Coach, Rachel Lusk. OAS is a business providing leverage to Keller Williams agents, teams and Market Center’s as they follow KW specific systems and models around transaction coordination, database management and marketing services. The two were able to roll the business into the market center allowing an additional layer of value for recruiting and retention.
As a DOO/COO and Agent MAPS Coach, Monica is excited to partner with other professionals to build a solid foundation for a profitable business. This is done through scalable systems and processes, clear goals with high accountability, attention to tracking measurables, and a culture that no one will want to leave!
