What is Mega Agent Camp and how is it different from Mega Camp?

Mega Camp is getting a revamp for this year’s event. Mega Agent Camp will focus entirely on agents. It’s less time away from your business and every session will be presided over by Gary Keller himself! He will be joined onstage at the Austin Convention Center by a rotating list of industry titans August 23 and 24. Best of all, the event will cap off with our annual Cultural Summit hosted by Mo Anderson.

Mega Agent Camp will be both in-person and digital!

I am having trouble with my hotel reservation. Who do I talk to?

Unfortunately the Events team does not have access to hotel booking information. If you booked within our Mega Agent Camp hotel block, please reach out to megacamp@conferencedirect.com.

If you booked a hotel separately, please reach out to the hotel directly.

Do you have mobility needs?

Scootaround rents mobility scooters, their office location is outside of the FedEx in Central Lobby at Orange County Convention Center. Nathan Danese is our point person for the venue and can assist you with your scooter needs. Also you are welcome to take the scooters off property to the local hotels, it is super easy with the centers bridge system to Hyatt, and Rosen Centre and Plaza.

How long will early-bird pricing last?

Early-bird pricing will be in effect until Friday, June 24, 2022.

How can I modify my registration or transfer a registration to someone else?

To modify a registration or transfer a registration, please click on the following link and click modify registration. It will then ask you to put in the reference number and email address associated with the registration you are trying to modify. Once you pass through this, you can edit any information you like whether that be update your own information or “transfer” this registration to someone else by simply changing the information from yours to theirs. Is Mega Agent Camp recorded? Can I view the sessions after the event?

General session will be recorded and made available shortly after Mega Agent Camp concludes. All recordings will be available until October 24, 2022
